Ashling's role as Operations manager at Kappa is to plan, direct and coordinate the various aspects of the business. Ashling is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity and efficiency of the team through the provision of methods and strategies.

Ashling graduated from University with a BA (Hons) in Business Enterprise. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing in the UK.

Prior to joining Kappa Executive Search; Ashling has worked with a number of large blue-chip organisations in sales and channel management. These include Premier Global Services in Australia and British Telecom (BT) in the UK.
